In our second lesson, Raymond focused on teaching me grammar rules related to articles instead of developing colloquial skills. I was disappointed because my primary goal was to improve my ability to communicate effectively in everyday situations. I didn't want a traditional school-style lesson that covered basics I already knew, but rather, I wanted to focus on overcoming the difficulties I faced while speaking.
