During this session we chat again about weight lifting. Then we turn to the documentary of the Kashi tribe living in North East India. They build amazing "living" bridges with hanging roots from trees. It's a marvellous video. A good choice again Kevin !

On the first part of this session Kevin explained me the technique for weight lifting. And also showed me amazing short cuts videos, on which I asked him many questions. After, I summarized the video about a young woman how was consider as an "shopaholic" person.

This was a really interesting session. Today's video was on Hong kong, the most expensive and rich city where one million poor people are living in indecent conditions : "bedroom cage" or shoe box flats without windows, place to cook or to wash. It's unacceptable, truly shocking.

During this session we had a conversation about physiotherapist and physical injuries. Then I told the story of an animated film explaining how palestinien migrants, escaping war, cross the sea. I found the film really moving as well as describing very clearly the human smugglers trafic. Worth to see. Thanks Kevin
